Rare Dirndl Customer Spotlight: Amy Engler

Hi! My name is Amy and I am a German teacher in Minnesota. When my friends started planning my bachelorette party, I knew the perfect way to celebrate would be to dress up in dirndls for our big night out! I think my spotlight is a little more unique than most, because I don’t actually own a Rare dirndl. In the photo, I’m wearing my own Dirndl that I bought in Germany many years ago. I actually remember meeting Erika at the Deutsche Tage a few years back in Saint Paul, Minnesota and being in awe of how beautiful they are.  

After shopping online and filling in my online cart many times with a full wardrobe from Rare Dirndl, I have never actually bought one because I always tell myself that they are too expensive and I already have two- so I don’t need more. However, on our trip to Vegas for my bachelorette party- I could see the difference.  The Rare dirndls are BY FAR the most beautiful dirndls that were worn and they were of such great quality.  

Two of my fabulous friends are flaunting their Rare Dirndls though (check out the photo!)  You can see them wearing the Bajos (Charming) Dirndl and the In Bloom Dirndl in Germany colors. My favorite thing about Rare Dirndl is the slogan, “This ain’t your Oma’s dirndl!”- because I find them so flattering and unique and so much sassier than anything my Oma would have ever worn!
